Jivana Heyman has been sharing yoga with people with disabilities for over twenty years, and over these years he has watched people transform their lives through these teachings. Jivana's goal is to share yoga with people who have not had access to these practices, and to support other yoga teachers who are doing so. In fact, he is dedicated to building a community of teachers who offer Accessible Yoga around the world - and to work on their behalf.
Accessible Yoga is a part of the revolution to transform the yoga world into a welcoming, inclusive community where all support each other and grow together.
