Dr. Tiffany Denny is a beaming light of energetic kindness. She gives back by aligning herself and her offerings with nonprofits that assist those in need in her community and beyond. Tiffany is passionate about participating in and supporting the work of Embody Love Movement and One Love Dallas as they each seek to heal and strengthen women in their own way. She is a facilitator for Embody Love Movement, and she participates in One Love Dallas fundraisers each year.
Tiffany's 3Tree Yoga studio is involved in helping the Dallas/ Fort Worth community by holding two Saturday night meditate by-donation classes each month. Donations from these group meditations go to support one of the aforementioned groups, or to a local charity such as one 3Tree Yoga frequently supports, The Warm Place, which offers grief counseling for children and youth who have experienced loss.

Dr. Tiffany Denny has a passion for anatomy and sequencing. She began her foray into yoga practice around age 15 when her mom, Margie Terrell, began teaching yoga in their community. In fact, Margie still teaches in the North Dallas area, including a free weekly outdoor class. Yoga has been a guiding presence in Tiffany’s life since then, and she began teaching while studying exercise science at the University of South Carolina, continuing throughout her doctoral program in physical therapy. Her yoga training is eclectic, though she was heavily influenced by Stacey Millner-Collins, Kelley Gardner, and Sarah Faircloth of the Rasika Yoga School, and Becky Klett of the Denton Yoga Center, which whom she completed her 200-hour training. She loves to explore and blend styles, but has always been drawn to yoga emphasizing alignment, technique, and intelligent but creative sequencing. And most importantly, she believes yoga fosters improved self-image, increased overall wellness, and transformation through self-exploration.
"When what we think, and what we say, and what we feel, and what we do, are in alignment, then we are truly living authentically and with integrity." Dr. Melody Moore
Tiffany teaches public and private yoga out of her studio, 3Tree Yoga, in Fort Worth,TX, and is currently studying with Christina Sell and Gioconda Parker in the Alchemy of Flow and Form Teacher Training. She especially enjoys leading workshops, retreats, and teacher training programs, in addition to traveling and adventuring as much as possible. Tiffany is a licensed physical therapist and board-certified orthopedic specialist, and her teaching style is uniquely informed by a strong understanding of anatomy and movement science. She believes that building awareness of these concepts through asana provides great insight into personal practice and growth, and can help those who teach yoga serve their students well. Tiffany loves to integrate the technical aspects of her physical therapy training with the wisdom of yoga in classes that empower people to accept and celebrate not only their bodies, but the full scope of that which they presently and potentially offer in this life.
